Hansell Composites Ltd. and their range of fibre-lyte parts, was started by Martin Hansell in January 1992. From those early beginnings, the company has developed into being one of the most well know carbon fibre manufacturers in the UK, especially through it's range of fibre-lyte products, whether they be in rc cars and helicopters, on high end bicycles or on motorbikes.

In 2013, Hansell Composites has seen some new developments happening. Martin has now retired and ownership of the company has transferred to two former employees, Stephen Walton, the companies Production Supervisor for the last 15 years and John Hansell, Martins brother and also the former Special Projects Engineer.
